Notice regarding website changes:

Accessing the utility billing module will now require you to login to your account.
Enrolling or making changes to your automated payments will now require you to login to your account.

No login is required to view Tax information.
Simply click Real Estate (Property Taxes) to the left.

Login is required to view Utility Billing information.

To access Permits and Inspections, please use the 'Login' link below. The ‘Sign in to community access services for Sussex County’ box opens. From here, you can login or create an account if you do not already have one. Once you have logged in, you will be able to view permits and inspections using an application reference number OR Parcel ID.
